What are the times of the ceremony, cocktail hour and
reception?

Will you require a light show?

Will you require a smoking effect for the light show?

Will you require “giveaways”? (see our “Party Store”)

Will you require Video Simulcasting Plasma Screen TV’s?

Will you require multiple motivators besides your MC?

Do you have throw-away cameras at each table for your
guests to use?

Are the centerpieces on the table yours to give away to
your guests?

Are there special songs that need to be played?

Will there be any speeches?

How much time does your DJ company need to set up before
the party?

Who is the guest of honor?

What room is your party in at this facility? (most have
more than one)

Do you want a laser light show for that club like
feeling at your party?

Are you planning any kind of picture, video or slide
show?
